Most of the co-operate executives are aware of the need for IT security, however if management is still not taking the IT security seriously enough you will have to face many problems in the issues and the preventive actions to be taken on the working project.

When considering a IT security project in the organization the cost of labor to asses, plan, implement, manage monitor is expensive other than the hardware and software needs. Without the executive support for IT security Project it will be hard to get IT security Budget approved.

Without the executive support , the project initiatives will ultimately fail because the organization will allocate time and resources to other projects.
